No contracts are deployed and no token has launched. The playable app currently runs against a deterministic simulated world.
Work
He earns the whole time he is at his desk.
Then the shift ends and he sleeps, and a sleeping goblin earns nothing at all. A new broker works 8h shifts; the longest shift a broker can reach is 16h.

He earns the whole time he is at his desk, then sleeps the rest of the cycle off.
- 03Upgrade
Burn GOB for a longer shift - 8h at Lv.1, 16h at Lv.40 - and for the Era he stands in.
- 04Claim
Take what he has already earned, in whichever asset you elected for him.
Earnings are a share of real trading fees on the GOB token. The token has not launched and no contract is deployed - what you can play today is a simulation of the same maths.
